Psalm 75:7
HEB: שֹׁפֵ֑ט זֶ֥ה יַ֝שְׁפִּ֗יל וְזֶ֣ה יָרִֽים׃
NAS: is the Judge; He puts down one
KJV: [is] the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up
